Monitor and track your assets without the need for any power from the asset. The Asset Tracker is solar powered for unattended, long term operation. It stores GPS and asset ID data of log booms, barges, trailers, containers and other non-powered assets.
Track assets in areas without cell coverage
Many assets such as log booms and barges are located in remote places, out of cellular coverage. The Asset Tracker stores location data until it comes into range of a DCE device and then initiates a data transfer. Because the Asset Tracker communicates its data to the device and not directly to a cell tower, it provides an economical solution by avoiding extra airtime costs.
The Asset Tracker is a waterproof, low powered autonomous device that mounts directly to a log boom or barge. It tracks the movement of these assets even when out of cellular coverage and stores location data for up to 3 months
