Engine Diagnostic Parameters

VUE reports when your equipment actually starts and stops working digging, moving, grading. Heavy equipment like excavators can often just be idling and not actually digging. VUE reports the engine diagnostics with location, time, and durations, all independent of the engine simply running.

OBD2 and J1939 Support

Our hardware supports both OBD2 and J1939 interfaces. The Engine Vehicle Diagnostic Transmitter (E-VDT) is a small rugged device that connects to a vehicle’s computer (ECU) allowing you to view a full range of operating information from any computer.
