2. What wireless carriers do you support?
We support all major Canadian and American wireless carriers, including Bell, Rogers, TELUS, Cellcom, Sprint, US Cellular and Verizon.
3. Can VUE integrate into our existing software or dispatch services?
Yes. We work closely with customers to ingrate VUE into any existing system that may be in place.
3. Is there software to install and constantly update?
No. Because VUE is a web-based application there is no software to install and updates are pushed across the platform automatically.
4. I have a small to medium fleet, but need high-end capabilities - is VUE for me?
Yes. VUE has all of the features and functions that aren't common in most fleet tracking systems. Features such as temperature monitoring, driver behaviour and engine diagnostic reporting. Because of VUE's affordability, small to medium fleet sizes can take advantage of features that are generally only available for large fleets with large budgets.
5. My company has an existing Wi-Fi infrastructure - can we use Wi-Fi instead of cellular for our data transfers?
Absolutely. Our hardware is not only a tracking device but can be be programmed to connect to a Wi-Fi Hotspot. Read more about our Wi-Fi options.
6. What happens if there is no cell coverage in the area?
In the event that a vehicle moves out of cellular coverage, VUE hardware will track and store position data. Once the vehicle returns to an area with cellular coverage, this data will be transferred using wireless cellular technology.
7. Can I use VUE on my smart phone?
Yes VUE has a mobile option. Locate your vehicles and follow up on alerts on any mobile phone with a web browser.
8. What kind of ROI can I expect?
There are many ways that our customers realize return on their investment. While each one of our clients has a unique business, the most common feedback that we receive is that the product helped reduce expenses (fuel and payroll) and increase productivity (more stops per day, more billable time).
